Nirmala Ramprasad

Nirmala Ramprasad currently serves as a senior advisor at Social Security Administration. In her present role she develops IT strategy, and provides guidance and recommendations on IT initiatives and emerging technology. She has a double Master’s degree and over 25 years in Information Technology. She is experienced in several industry verticals including government, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, electrical power distribution, human resources and payroll. Her special interest is in using data analytics to derive business value and is a member of the government customer experience community of practice.
