This is a list of free tools and services that have federal-compatible Terms of Service agreements.

Keep in mind that even though a tool may be on the list, your agency may not have agreed to the TOS for that tool. The federal government doesn’t endorse, sponsor or recommend the products or services on this site or consider them to be superior to any other products or services. Questions? Google Webmaster Tools — Analytics and search engine optimization — Google Webmaster Tools has decided not to sign up any new agencies but will honor existing agreements.
Mandrill — Transactional email service, by MailChimp, now an add-on for paid monthly MailChimp accounts.
MeetUp Everywhere — Social networking platform
Ustream.tv — Video broadcasting platform. No longer a free service. Contact Ustream to discuss amendments for their Pro and Enterprise plans.
User Voice — Voting, customer & constituent feedback. No longer offers a “free” civic engagement option.
